Overview

Paid orders per day

Orders created on each day (Lao time) that are paid now. Hover a bar for the day's figures.

Orders

Orders your system sent in the range, oldest first, with what was paid and refunded. Same data as GET /api/v1/channel/orders. Search one merchant_order_id to see every attempt.

Webhook deliveries

Events the Portal sends to your webhook URL, newest first. DONE: your server answered 2xx. PENDING: retrying with back-off. DEAD: retries ran out; fix your endpoint, then open the delivery and press Send again. Your server should also poll GET /api/v1/channel/orders/{merchant_order_id} for anything it missed.

Refunds

Refunds of your orders: the ones you asked for (POST /api/v1/channel/refund-requests) and the ones Portal staff made. A refund is approved by a second person before it goes to the provider.
